The property is situated in a unique location on the island of Sicily.
This lovely home for up to 15 guests is about an hour's drive west of Palermo. It is close to the picture-postcard Scopello town, Segesta's archaeological ruins, and much more.
The Mediterranean environment surrounding the estate provides a lovely backdrop, with views of the sea from the villa's grounds.
There's a giant caribou tree for shade, a cosy hammock, a built-in stone BBQ, a terrace dining place, and a pool surrounded by olive trees. There are also ample chairs and sun loungers.
A lovely living area with rustic, bare-stone walls features two sofas, a satellite TV, and a wood-burning stove for added warmth.
An ample dining space compliments a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need and a view of the gardens. There is also a pantry and a separate utility room/bathroom.
From the living area, a corridor leads to six double bedrooms and three bathrooms with showers. All of these bedrooms have air conditioning and massive closets, and two have TVs and outside access.
A separate apartment on the lower ground level with three single beds, a 32" TV, Xbox, and its private toilet, eating area, and kitchen is ideal for younger guests who want some freedom.
The stunning backdrop of the Lo Zingaro nature reserve accentuates this already spectacular villa. Enchanting scenery delights the senses, while the rocky coastline dazzles with crystal clear waters, jagged cliffs, and beaches like Castellammare del Golfo.
The village of Scopello is a short walk from the shore. Its central piazza serves as a meeting place for a maze of lanes where pubs and restaurants with outdoor terraces take advantage of the laid-back atmosphere.
