3 Bedroom Villa well equipped for families in Cabanas da Tavira, a quiet resort in the Ria Formosa National Park in the Eastern Algarve. Large shared pool. Easy stroll to sea front.
Cabanas began life as a fishing village and that is still evident in the fishing dock at the west end of the boardwalk and the abundance of fresh fish and seafood in the local restaurants. There are lots of family owned restaurants and cafes with three options on Quinta Velha itself.

All three bedrooms all have fitted wardrobes and security shutters.
The villa is set over 3 floors.
On the ground floor is the main living area with a large lounge / dining room adjacent to an open plan kitchen. Outside there is a private patio with seating and an outside table. Also on the ground floor is a toilet / shower room and a double bedroom.
On the first floor is the master bedroom which opens out onto a balcony, the main bathroom with bath and shower over. The large second bedroom is also down the corridor and can sleep 2 adults or 3 children in single beds.
On the second floor is a roof terrace which faces south with sea views and views over Cabanas.
It is part of a private development which includes a security gated swimming pool – to prevent entry by non-residents and animals.
It also has a pool bar, a cafe bar / pub and a restaurant.
