SunChaser Villa on Eagle Pointe

We looked at a lot of villas when we were buying both built and off plan, but when we saw the view at this villa we fell in love with it. Even 20 years on, it always feels like home when we arrive for a holiday and to sit outside looking across the lake is it's own magic. It doesn't matter what time of year you come the lake always seems to be teeming with life. We've seen snapping turtles, small alligators, wading birds and even a flock of Buzzards one year. You just never know what you'll see until you've sat on the deck for a while. My favourite time of day is first thing in the morning with a cup of coffee sitting on the deck watching the sun come up on the east side of the lake. If you are up early enough you can sometimes hear the freight train in the distance, other than that it's so peaceful. Having worked in the city and been around all that noise, to come away to the villa and enjoy the peace is such a joy. In saying all that, we still enjoy going to the parks and out in the evening, the villa being only a few minutes away from Restaurants, Bars and of course the parks themselves is another reason for choosing this location. I love Eagle Pointe, it's right on that sweet cusp of being close to everything but still far enough away to give you that peaceful balance. We love staying here and we hope you will too.
