This is a ground floor 3 bedroom apartment. It is furnished to a very high standard with all you could want (and more) for a holiday!

It has been recently refurbished and very well equipped open plan kitchen with washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and hob. There is a small breakfast bar with two stalls. The sitting room, with TV (cannot guarantee in what language it will be), is large and has is fresh and bright, it lead via terrace doors to a covered terrace with table and chairs for 6, sun loungers.
This is a corner apartment and so has a larger garden then others and also has an additional window that gives more light into the kitchen area.

There are three bedrooms, two with double beds (one has en-suite bathroom) plus a further family bathroom, and twin bedroom.

There is a good sized private garden which leads out to the communal garden and pool area.

The beach is a 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive and the shops a 10 minute walk. The tennis and golf clubs are both within 5 minutes walk - both of which have restaurants. There are also other bars and restaurants with in walking distance.

The beautiful medieval village of Pals is a 10 mins drive, which is certainly worth a visit to explore the pretty cobbled streets, shops and great restaurants. Pals village is 7 kms to the market towns of Palafrugell and Torroella de Montgri which are great for a visit to the street markets or an early evening stroll around the narrow streets with a their fabulous choice of individual and original shops (no standard high street stores here)!
