This beautiful property is located just on the edge of the medieval village, a little away from the busiest areas but close to the restaurants, shops and forms part of the amazing history of this stunningly restored village.

To be able to rent such a stunning property in such a popular location is unusual. It is available from March to October and is popular in both the warmer and cooler months as the hot/cold air conditioning makes it comfortable at any time of the year.

Ground floor: Entrance area with stairs leading to the upper level, straight through to the dining room and kitchen with gas oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, there is a double bedroom with a very pretty chimney (not functioning), shower room with WC, and doors leading to the large terrace with barbecue, and views over the village and countryside. There is also a washing machine on the terrace.

First floor: sitting room with large window with pretty views, plus a TV, some children games, a twin bedroom and another double bedroom.

Air conditioning in all the bedrooms.

Parking-, there is available off street secure parking for an extra charge of Euro 10 per day.

Love the property, great position and easy access and parking space (for an additional fee). Plenty of equipment for a 2 weeks stay. The cottage is beautiful and very calming, lovely stay.

Nice, spacious house with a great terrace in the ancient part of Pals. Excellent base from which to explore the region or go to the beach.
