The serene view from the family room will lead you to your brick, covered lanai and open sparkling heated pool with landscaping surrounding the pool for privacy. You will find the first Master bedroom downstairs with a stunning pool view.

**POOL HEATING

There is a fee of $40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum. We recommend to inform us at least 48 hours prior to the check-in dat

GUEST ACCESS AND PARKING*

Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. The house has a driveway that can accommodate 2 cars, and overflow parking in some areas of the neighborhood. No street parking is allowed in some areas.

No clubhouse access.

BARBECUE GRILL/VACATION GEAR

We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill at no cost
The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm

If you need to outsource the propane gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements as we have a full variety of items available. (Extra cost)

Only small pets under 40 pounds allowed
