Beautiful country house in front of the sea

Beautiful country house in Polychrono of Halkidiki with its own garden fully furnished and equipped with electrical appliances (large fridge, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle etc.), linen, air - condition, wifi, kitchenware and everything necessary. It accommodates up to 6 people with two double beds and a sofa bed in the living room that opens up to become a double bed. It is literally 5 meters from the sea and has very easy access by guests.
The space rented is the ground floor. The garden and outdoor space is available exclusively for this apartment. Outside there is a barbecue which can be used by guests. Our neighbours are very friendly! Near the house there are nice bars and restaurants as well as local shops to visit.
In more detail the interior consists of two bedrooms with double beds, as well as separate living room and kitchen. In the living room there is a sofa which opens up and becomes a double bed creating the possibility to accommodate two more guests.
It is very friendly for families with children, as the sea next to the house is literally like a swimming pool.
