===== Exterior =====

Villa Le Fontanelle is located in Forte dei Marmi and has three floors. It is surrounded by a private, fenced-in garden with trees and has a play area for children as well as an area equipped with a gazebo set up for outdoor dining: you will find deckchairs, chairs, a table and a gas barbecue at your complete disposal. There is a beautiful covered veranda where you can sit and have a coffee or a glass of wine.

The entrance has a private driveway where you will find parking.

Forte dei Marmi is a resort on the coast of Tuscany, Italy, famous for its beaches and luxury shopping.

===== Interior =====

The interior spaces of the villa are spread over three floors. At the entrance you will find two well-furnished living rooms: one has a comfortable sofa and study area furnished with a desk, the other features a fireplace and is furnished with sofas and armchairs with access to the garden. Also on the ground floor you will find the kitchen, well equipped with coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher and oven. Next to the kitchen you will find the dining room. There is also a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

On the first floor there are 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with shower. In addition there is a terrace with washing machine for guests' use.

On the second attic floor there is a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower.

Internet wifi available, animals are welcome, air conditioning present.
