You'll have access to a large sundeck with sun loungers, a spacious, clean swimming pool, and a jacuzzi with a heater for ultimate relaxation.
There are plenty of entertainment options for kids, such as a trampoline and children's games, as well as ample green areas. For adults, there's also a billiard table to diversify the leisure activities.
INDOOR AREA:
Upon entering the villa, you'll be greeted by the spaciousness and brightness of the living area. The entire villa is furnished with refreshing marine decoration, creating a special atmosphere.
The living area offers plenty of seating areas, a TV zone, and a dining area for 10 people, perfect for enjoyable dinner gatherings.
You'll find 5 beautifully equipped bedrooms, each with its private bathroom (toilet and shower), closets, air conditioning, and ceiling fan. All bedrooms are equipped with a television and offer cozy and comfortable sleeping accommodations to ensure you have a good rest after a day full of experiences. One bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while 3 bedrooms offer 2 full-size beds each, and one bedroom has two twin beds.
The villa boasts two fully equipped kitchens for your convenience. You'll also have access to a washing machine and dryer, parking space, and a golf cart included to facilitate your exploration of the residence.
