This property is a new and beautifully designed contemporary 5-bedroom villa, sleeping 10 guests with private pool in the 5-star Aphrodite Hills Resort. Overlooking the main resort entrance, the village square, spa, golf clubhouse and tennis academy are all a short walk away.

Yes. Please note electricity consumption is monitored and in the occurrence of excessive use, guests will be charged upon departure.

Yes. Linen is changed during the mid-stay clean (typically the 3rd or 4th day of a 7-night stay).

This is an 'elite' category of villa with a range of enhanced services - please check the ‘Extras’ tab for details of what is included in the villa rate. All other resort facilities are subject to a fee. All services are subject to availability at the time of booking.

Some facilities at the resort are subject to winter closure (November to April), due to prevailing weather conditions and seasonal demand.

Complimentary Wi-Fi internet access included in rental price. It is good to note that the speed is dependent on local provider and technical issues may cause reduced speed or cut of service.

End of stay cleaning available?
Yes and daily 'tidy-up' service and mid-stay clean (for 7 nights or more) also included. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Pool heating charge?
The pool can be heated for an extra charge for stays from October to May (excluding December to February), and must be pre-booked at least one week in advance. Charges depend on pool size and consumption - please enquire. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.

Pool opening dates?
Please note that pool opening dates are subject to local weather conditions and pool maintenance requirements and that cooler months may not be suitable for swimming.
