As you enter the main door the floor is tiled in the living and dining area, with large open windows facing the pool and lawn area. The living room and dining area is open plan to make the area as sociable as possible. The whole villa is bright and airy, with a warm colour to make the villa feel warm.
The kitchen is fully integrated with modern fully integrated appliances and a granite worktop. The kitchen provides a large comfortable space with a breakfast bar and table, again to make the villa feel sociable. There is access to the pool and bedroom 4.

Exterior and pool
Large swimming pool, and lawn area. Pool Table. Parking for 2 cars. The villa is fully fenced off for privacy and security. All the properties are low rise so no one will be looking in on you. There is a BBQ located beside the pool. There is a shaded area for outside dining and where the sun loungers are housed.
Location
Villa Pinecliffs is located on a quiet road, beside the 5 star Pinecliffs Resort. All the villas located around Villa Pinecliffs have been built to a high standard. There are plenty of good restaurants and a supermarket located at the end of the road, within a 5 minutes walk. They can cater for those on a budget, and for those who wish to have a fine dining experience.
The beach is approximately a 15 minute walk, to one of the nicest beaches in the Algarve, Praia da Falesia.
