Beautiful, large 6 bedroom villa with private pool and garden area, moments from the beach, bars, restaurants and nightlife of Albufeira Town.
As you enter the property there is an gate to the left to park one car, there is additional parking outside for 2 further cars.
There is a path that leads to the entrance of the villa and a side path leading to the BBQ, and pool area.
The villa is located with a large garden which is rare for villas in the centre of Albufeira Town, there are plenty of areas to sit and relax enjoying the sun. Our guests benefit from plenty of room around the pool to enjoy the sun on a sun lounger throughout the day. There are 2 private terraces on the 1st floor of the villa which are south facing, and with views onto the sea.
Although in the heart of Albufeira Town, the villa is located at the end of a cobbled road and is quiet and peaceful throughout the day and in the evening.
The rear of the property has a tiled patio area, surrounded by flowering shrubs, shade and fruit trees. . There is a built in barbecue and a shaded tiled garden table and benches.
The front garden is laid mostly to tiles, with many flowering plants, and the veranda is shaded by bougainvillea.
Villa Teresa is situated at the lower end of “the Strip” and is a short walk from the nearest beach, at Oura.
Location
Villa Teresa is located on Rua Vitoria. This is a road located just off the Strip in Albufeira Town, with plenty of bars, restaurants and the main beach and nightlife within minutes walk of the villa.
There is a supermarket close by and a car is not necessary to enjoy the amenities of Albufeira. There is plenty of activities to do on the beach, or in town in many of the bars or cafes.
There is a tourist bus service that goes past the road that this villa is located if you wish to visit the Old Town.
Villa Interior
Villa Teresa is a large 6 bedroom villa.
As you enter the villa through the living room (which is open plan) you will find the kitchen and dining area. There are 3 large sofas, coffee table and satellite TV with many English channels.
The kitchen is fully integrated with a breakfast table and large sliding doors that lead out onto the pool and garden area.
The villa has a good sized modern kitchen which is integrated with a dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave, electric cooker and oven. There is a breakfast table for 8 people.
There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor.

Ground Floor: Two twin bedrooms, 1 double bedroom (1 Single bed CAN be added). One of the twins is en suite but with Jack n Jill door to also act as house bathroom. Double bedroom & 1 Twin with Jack N Jill en suite facilities.
1st Floor: One triple bedroom which is en suite (2 extra singles can be added), 1 double which is en suite (1 extra bed can be added) & 1 twin which is en suite.
