White House Villa at Oia

I am Doctor and I thought to settle in santorini as I love the island. I bought this charming cave house as the the location is unique with a distance from the center of Oia that offers privacy, peace and fantastic views. The interior of the house was atmosperic and I fell in love with it a firts sight.
I completely refurbished the house and adjust it to the modern reality. Modern equipment, A/C, wi - fi, jacuzzi bathtub, jacuzzi pool, antique furniture and artwork and also bult the loft house upstairs with windows even on the roof to enjoy the stars in the night. This is the house I ever dreamed off and I did it piece by piece. Now I work most of the time in Athens as a doctor and that is why I share my dream with you
“White House” Villa is a unique property located at the highest spot of Oia village in Perivolas area.
Its amphitheatric position offers fantastic views over the cliff, the village, the beautiful sunset and the volcano, all at the same time.
The location of the villa is very convenient as it is just 500 meters from Oia center. Outside the villa there is a parking area, bus stop, markets and restaurants.
The “White House” title is fully explained by its white decoration concept that combines traditional architecture with minimal and contemporary design.
There is an infinity outdoors Jacuzzi plunge pool for 6 persons available on the courtyard of the villa with fabulous views to the sea, the caldera and the village of Oia.
This lovely villa in Oia consists of three levels (main, upper and lower) united in one villa suitable for couples, a big family or group of friends. The villa has 180 sq. meters of surface and can accommodate the guests in comfort.
MAIN HOUSE- WHITE RESIDENCE
The White Residence , the main cave House consists of two levels:
On the upper level there is a large traditional cave house furnished with antiques. It consists of a luxury master bedroom with double bed , en suite vanity marble bathroom curved into the rock with Jacuzzi bathtub , a living room with built sofas and an antique wooden table, a separate dining area with an antique massive wooden table and sitting corner and a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances. From the living area a few stairs take you up to an attic room with double sofa bed and window with fantastic sea views.
On the lower level of the White Residence, a very particular apartment shows how people in Santorini exploited any available space and lived (and still do) in this amazing and unique cliff island.
This lower level consists of a small living area, a kitchenette, a WC with shower and a bedroom with a Queen size bed that can separate in two singles if requested and double bed nested in the window of the cave. The cave atmosphere of this lower level gives a special and romantic atmosphere.

UPPER LEVEL APPARTMENT- WHITE LOFT
The White Loft” – is the upper floor apartment that is connected to the rest of the “White House” villa via interior stairs. It can be accessed separately as well as it has separate entrance . It consists of a living room, a kitchenette, a full bathroom with showerand a wooden loft bedroom which really gives the idea of flying over the wonderful village of Oia. The loft has windows in the front and in the ceiling where you can see the stars and the moon from your bed using the ceiling windows or watch the sea and the village from the front windows. Situated on the highest altitude point of the village it can offer unforgettable views and unique memories. There is also a balcony with a table and chairs overlooking the volcano.
