DISTRIBUTION: This single level villa is ideal for a family. You enter the villa through an open arched naya/terrace furnished with table and chairs and comfortable seating with views of the pool. From the naya you enter the air-conditioned lounge/dining room with 39" HD TV showing English (all the usual channels), French, German and Spanish languages. This leads through an archway to the hall with access to three bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. The first bedroom has a king size double bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan and en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has a king size double bed, air conditioning and ceiling fan. The third bedroom has two single beds, air conditioning and ceiling fan. The bathroom is fully fitted with a bath and a separate shower cubicle. The fully equipped independent kitchen has a back door leading out to the rear terrace with table and chairs. This terrace also overlooks the Illuminated pool. Fast free WIFI is provided for internet connection.

EXTERIOR: The 850m2 villa gardens are beautifully planted with olive and orange trees, shrubs and plants. There are areas where you can sit in the shade on hot sunny days. A long open driveway leads to the house with ample parking. There is an illuminated kidney shaped pool for cooling off on those hot sunny days and evenings.

SITUATION: The villa is located in a quiet area of Calpe with views of the Penon de Ifach and glimpses of the sea. The safe and sandy La Fossa beach is a 15 minute walk away. The Penon de Ifach can be explored with magnificent views from the top. The pretty Old Town is also well worth a visit. Supermarkets, bars, restaurants and the port are all close by. The nearest bar/restaurant is only 5 minutes walk away! There is also plenty of FREE parking in Calpe. It is a 30 minute drive to Benidorm and a 20 minute drive to Moraira, Altea and El Portet. Lots of areas to walk and picnic and many other activities in Calpe which is a thriving town with a Saturday market and mid-week rastro (flea market). The beautiful coastline and Jalon valley are there to explore by car if you wish.

Amazing villa with everything you could need for a two week stay, lots of extras including extension leads which were a great help. Great communication with the owner with quick response, would definitely book this villa again in the future.

We stayed at villa Linda the last week of June and first week of July 2024. We had a lovely stay. The villa was very comfortable and clean with great air con which was much appreciated. The pool and surrounding area was great, nice and private if you are a sun-worshiper. The garden was lovely . We dutifully watered the potted plants . Felt nice...

Enjoyable stay. Good swimming pool and lovely garden. We used public transport and taxis - we didn't hire a car. Easy walk to and from supermarkets. Slight hill back. Minor point - condiments, scales and matches would have been useful.

We'll have to sort out a few extra bits and bobs John!
