Villa Tres with 14 Bedrooms, Beside the Strip Central Albufeira

Villa Andorinha, Pavao, and Cisne are located on a quiet cobbled street, but only moments away from the strip. Once you arrive at the villa you will notice a green fence that surrounds the villa for privacy and security. The villa is located at the end of a cul d sac and is very quiet so you can enjoy the Sun without being disturbed.

As the villas are located in the heart of Albufeira Town you will be able to enjoy all that Albufeira and the Algarve have to offer on your doorstep.

As you enter the gated entrance you will find an area to park at least 6 cars which will be secure. On the righthand side of each villa you will see two 8x4 meter private swimming pool with BBQ and one 12x5m swimming pool, Lawn area, and outside dining area shaded by a pergola. There is plenty of room to enjoy the sun from the sunloungers that surround the pool.

Bedroom 1: Double bedroom with en suite shower room, sliding wardrobe and air conditioning.

Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom with en suite shower room, air conditioning and fitted wardrobe.

Bedroom 3: Twin bedroom with air conditioning and large wardrobe. Shares house bathroom with bedroom 4 which features a bath/shower, WC & bidet.

Bedroom 4: Twin bedroom with views onto the pool. Air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, shares house bathroom with bedroom 3.

Bedroom 5: Located beside lounge with twin beds. Air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and en suite shower room.

In total there are 14 bedrooms. They can comfortably sleep 28 people and can sleep a maximum of 34.
