This delightful apartment is decorated in a true Spanish style. You enter the tasteful entrance hall which gives a feeling of space. The stylish lounge and dining room are comfortably furnished with a sliding door leading onto the glassed-in terrace/conservatory. A selection of books and DVDs are available. The windows fully open and the patio door leads you into your own private, furnished garden. The fully fitted American style kitchen gives a real open plan feeling to the apartment and has a cooking hob, table top oven with grill, microwave oven with grill. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. The second bedroom has twin beds and overlooks the private garden. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower unit. Both the bedrooms have built in wardrobes and drawers. A cot is available for your use. We have also supplied a hairdryer. The communal gardens and swimming pools are very well maintained. There is a children's pool and changing facilities. Please provide your own pool/beach towels. An off-street parking space is available.
A safe is provided for your use. The complex is very secure with security gates, shutters and an entry phone system. Air conditioning units are available in both bedrooms and living room which also provide heating.
We have installed high speed WiFi facilities in the apartment. We know that this will be a great advantage to many of our guests who have requested this over the years. WiFi can be available for the whole period of your stay. This will enable you to use the internet and make use of free calls using Skype or Viber. We have ensured the WiFi speed in the apartment is fast enough to pick up TV channels via the internet. This facility is being offered to you for £17.50 per week (or part thereof). We would ask you to inform us as soon as possible if you would like WiFi to be made available to you for the period of your stay.
The apartment is for a max of 4 people if you have a baby as well please add the details under "special requirements" to your booking as a max of 4 people only are allowed on the booking form. We do have an additional cot for your use.

This apartment is set in a quiet residential area next to the beautiful Paloma Park. Here you will find many walkways, fountains, cafeteria and Selwo Dolphinarium. The Puerto Marina, which has twice won the "Best Marina In The World" award, is a mile away with its many beautiful yachts, shops, bars, international restaurants and Sea Life Centre. The promenade and beach are a 10 min stroll down the road and stretch for miles in each direction. Tivoli World is 5 mins away where you can go on the thrilling rides or relax by the bars watching one of the many excellent shows. The cable car will take you to the peak of Mount Calmorro, more than 600m high. The renowned Torrequebrada golf course is 5 mins away and there is a casino on the outskirts of town. If you decide not to use a car the nearest shops, supermarkets and restaurants of Benalmadena and Arroyo de la Miel are a 5 min stroll from the apartment. The pool with lifeguard and communal gardens is open from June until the end of September. Outside guests are welcome to use the open-air pool and entertainment facilities free at the local Sunset Beach Club Hotel, 5 mins away. An indoor pool, gym and spa facility at the Club, is available all year round for use at approx 8€ each per day or 25€ each per week. A brand new ice skating and indoor pool complex is within walking distance.

Registration
In line with new Spanish laws our property is registered with the Andalucía Tourist Board, Registration Number CTC2017044283. To comply with their regulations, we ask you to send a scanned copy of everyone’s passport in your group as soon as possible. You will be required to sign a Registration Form upon arrival. The form is in Spanish and our Managing Agent in Spain will explain it to you.
