  3 bedroom villa with private pool in Benitachell, Costa Blanca
  Book for two weeks in August - fabulous views out to the Mediterranean. A largish villa with plenty of space. It look different from the outside pool area as shown on the website, as it was midway through an upgrade and now has an infinity pool. We weren’t affected by this at all and when completed will look terrific!! The main bedroom was very big with en-suite and a patio door to the pool area. The second bedroom also had patio doors leading to pool area. The third decent sized bedroom was to the other end of the the villa with views out to gardens. I would book this villa again and have to recommend this villa. I believe a car is essential for the drive to Moraira or elsewhere!

  Very nice accommodation and pool at the top, however we had inquired about the closure of the place because we have a dog, we were told that "yes" the residence is fenced, however at the entrance there is an open passage and kitchen side the wall is not high enough. We had to tie our dog or constantly watch him because he had escaped.

  Great, quiet location with sea view. Patio has been brought fully up to date with reconfigured pool, glass surrounds and new tiling. Our only disappointment was that the juke-box is for decoration only.

  Great view and a hearty pool. Well equipped kitchen. The internet worked poorly. Called the office and they came and fix. Worked a day ago again. So we gave up and bought for our own extra Internet. Be a very old modem. Otherwise, you can recommend the house if you like a view. However, if you like to walk, work, so it's very backy. The picture of the pool and development is correct when you renovated Poland and built a new patio where the round table is pictured.

  Hello, the house is in very good condition and complies with the announcement. It is small but we have 2 nice rooms and 2 bathrooms with their WCs, we would have just appreciated that there is room for a dishwasher in the kitchen area. The bedding has clearly had its day, to change. The air conditioning only in the living room and the large bedroom. The pool (4m = max width) is very deep (+ 2m) and has been maintained twice a week, the water temperature has varied between 21 ° and 24 ° C for a temp. outside of 30/32 ° C. Be careful the table and the stone benches are not sealed, caution. The situation makes a vehicle indispensable; shops, beaches and restaurants are several miles of winding road with steep gradients. The labyrinth of urbanization will put your sense of direction to the test. The price to pay for a little slice of paradise, the neighborhood is very quiet and the view beautiful.
