Hi! We fell in love with Puerto de Mazarrón ever since we purchased our first holiday apartment here. We would travel from the UK every opportunity we had. In 2022, we purchased SunRise Den and wanted to transform it in the accommodation WE would like to rent when traveling. The overriding objective here is home comfort with a touch of luxury, and attention to detail! We're overwhelmed with the response from clients, many of which return again and again. It's a warm feeling to know that our aim is being achieved. But we'll never stop improving, that's our promise!

Hi I am the owner of Casa Gavendy along with my husband. We have always dreamed of owning a beautiful property in Spain and in March 2022 our dream became a reality when we found our apartment. We love sitting long into the evening on the balcony watching the sunset and using the pool in the long hot summer days. Having a home from home apartment, we rarely have to bring anything when we are visiting and we hope you find it well equiped too. We are a retired couple. We have owned our Spanish property for 17 years. We adore the beaches of the Mar Menor. It is a beautiful resort and we have made our place a home from home. Our children and grandchildren are regular visitors and we have facilities for young babies to teenagers. The area has a great variety of things to do, from culture of the Romans at Cartagena to great watersports for the more adventurous. For us older folk there are great walking routes

Why are we so enthusiastic and what attracted us firstly about Condado de Alhama and our Penthouse Sunset: Condado de Alhama is a beautiful and peaceful Golf-resort on a very sunny location. If you like to play golf or do you want to hibernate in a pleasant climate, this place is really perfect. It is situated close to the coast and other beautiful cities and sights. From our penthouse you have a beautiful sight over the golf-course and the mountains in the distance. In the evening you can enjoy the sunset where our penthouse owes it's name. The most important thing for us and our keyholders is that our tenants are happy and that they have a perfect stay in our penthouse. We are Luay and Esther Elias, from The Netherlands, married and have two teenagers boys, Luay works as Network Engineer in the biggest telecom company in the Netherlands and Esther works in care centre as nurse, we love our job very much. In March 2023 we started a new challenge in Spain to rent out our comfortable, lovely and cozy apartment for tourists in Roda Golf and Beach resort complex in San Javier in Murcia province.
