Hi, my name is Peter Reilly. I come from just outside Glasgow, and along with my wife Nicola we were lucky enough to purchase this lovely villa in 2018. We have been holidaying in Playa Blanca for around 15 years with our 3 young children (all now young adults), and completely fell in love with it. We hope that you will love it as much as we do.

Been renting out the property for the last 11 years. Its ideally located for us as you can get to every part of the island from here very easily. Its also very private and not overlooked.

We have owned Villa Victoria Costa Teguise for 22 years and been letting successfully for 15 years gathering 92 5 star ratings on trip adviser along the way. We are grandparents of 10 children and have adapted the villas to aid parents to relax on holiday by fitting gates where it helps to create a safe holiday let for parents with infants and in particular parents of twins. We have twins in our family and know how important it is to have 2 of everything equipment wise. We've been visiting Playa Blanca since the mid-1980s. Knowing it as a safe, relaxing and beautiful location, we bought the villa in 2007, finding it a great place to bring young children and our parents for family holidays. Since then we have run the villa as a successful holiday rental with positive feedback, on another platform, which has now closed. The location of the villa means everything is within walking distance - a wide range of restaurants, the beach, the supermarket - and the village centre is less than 10 minutes' walk. We've had many fun family holidays at Casa Palmeras, and hope you will too.

My name is Tania and I’m from Mallorca (Spanish father, Scottish mother and German husband) and have been living in the Canaries for 20 years. Arrived to Lanzarote and this area in Playa Blanca just made me feel wonderful… the peace, the sunsets and the lovely breeze is just incredible 😊

We have been coming to Lanzarote for over 30 years and we always dreamed of having the perfect holiday let. We took four years of scouring the market to find our lovely apartment and after making it our own, putting in a new kitchen and bathroom we have now been letting it to happy holiday makers for the last 3 and a half years and most return year after year. It's in such a peaceful spot, right at the end of the line of apartments so is very private and quiet.

After visiting Lanzarote, pdc many times as a family, we fell in love with the area and we were lucky enough to be able to buy our lovely apartment in 2018. Our grown up daughters and grandchildren enjoy it as much as we do, and love their holidays in the apartment
