Its beautiful Blue Flag beaches along the Costa Brava attract millions of tourists each year, while the famous Cami de Ronda coastal path near Cadaques stretches 6km from Tossa de Mar all the way to France and Verdon Natural Regional Park. Holidaymakers will find that Lloret de Mar is a town of contrasts, from the lively modern promenade, bars and clubs to the unspoiled nature routes, quiet coves and ancient relics of the old town.

For families, there are plenty of things to see and do, from making a splash at Water World to adventure playgrounds and day trip boat excursions. Family-friendly beaches like Santa Cristina, Fenals and Cala Boadella offer peace and tranquility away from the crowds, with plenty of facilities and water sports to enjoy. Those looking to let their hair down can follow the party crowd along the palm-lined promenade as it comes to life after sundown, with some nightclubs open 24 hours and cosy British-style pubs. But there is more to Lloret de Mar than idyllic beaches and lively seafront bars.
