In 2003 my cousin invited me a their villa they had recently built. We had not been to Dalyan before and were enchanted. In 2005 we had the opportunity to buy a villa for ourselves and decided to go for Dalyan. All these years later the place is still as beautiful as it was then. Strict planning laws have meant that the natural beauty has not been spoilt. It is a magical place. As well as the stunning natural beauty there are numerous lovely restaurants and the people are friendly and welcoming. Our villa has been rented out since the beginning and a large proportion of our guests return year after year.

We are a professional couple operating in the Motor Industry and Commercial Property Management. We have owned Villa D'Louca since it was built in 2004 and have enjoyed the house, area, and people immensely over the years and are very confident that our guests will enjoy the Villa D'Louca experience.

We made our initial visit to Dalyan 14 years ago and just fell in love with the town, the surrounding area and the Turkish culture. So impressed were we that we bought a villa and now visit Dalyan at least four times a year. It is our home in the sun. We adore it and hope that you will too.

Hello my name is Alan Thomas I live in a small village near Cambridge UK. We never imagined we would have a house in Turkey but we had our first visit in 2008 and fell in love with the area. We both enjoy the Dalyan environment as much today as we did on our first visit in summer of 2008. What struck us about Dalyan is the combination of lovely things in the area. Mountain backdrops, the excellent world renowned beach, conservation area, ancient historical sites, the river flowing from the huge lake to the sea, to name but a few. All these natural environments are complimented by the lovely nature of the local people who really want you to have an enjoyable time. We chose to have it built just a 20 min stroll from the town in a well respected area called Arikbasi known for its peacefulness in what still is a working agricultural landscape. I have an excellent local manager who also runs his own delightful family owned restaurant. We will look after you .

Ours is one of the oldest established families in Dalyan. Our ancestors have lived here for many generations and formerly were mainly farmers and fıshermen. When tourism first arrived in Dalyan in the 1980s we started organising boat trips but our dream was always to create a small apartment complex on the land that we owned near the river, where we could welcome visitors to Dalyan. Villa Kiydan, built in 2007, enabled us to achieve that dream. Now, with my wife Rumeysa home-cooked food, boat trips organised and the apartments run by Onur, we all play a part in operating one of the most successful family run businesses in Dalyan. We are a small family run business and our family has lived in this part of Dalyan for many generations. Together with my wife Rumeysa, our sons Abdullah and Alparslan our aim is to provide you with a warm welcome and a friendly service that caters for all of your needs.
