Sitting on the gated community of Watersong, just 30 minutes from the theme parks, is this amazing 5 bedroom villa with an extended west-facing pool deck looking out over conservation land. Additional features include a games room, spa, cinema lounge and resort facilities for you to use free of charge.

Living Accommodation - As soon as you enter the villa you will be able to relax, knowing that you have made the right choice for your Orlando villa holiday. The front lounge area is a great place to sit in peace and quiet and read a book on the comfortable seating, or maybe even grab forty winks! Sitting next to this lounge is a dining area with a modern table seating 6 guests, a great place to dine or play board games after the dishes have been cleared away. An archway from here opens into the beautiful kitchen area which is large and equipped with all the pots and pans and utensils you might need to prepare some delicious meals for your family. Overlooking the pool deck is a small dining table, the perfect spot for cereal and orange juice each morning before heading off out for the day. The main family lounge has 2 modern corner sofas so that the whole family can sit together and watch TV or sit and chat about the adventures they have just experienced together. Upstairs is a second lounge area that has been furnished with cinema-style reclining seats in front of a large projector screen, the perfect place to sit and watch some movies together with Dolby Atmos 7.1 sound.
Bedrooms - The Master bedroom is the only bedroom on the ground floor so is ideal for early risers, this has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is upstairs at the front of the villa and also has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is upstairs to the right of the villa and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 has Twin beds and has been decorated with a Mickey Mouse theme to appeal to younger guests, while Bedroom 5 also has Twin beds and is suitable for guests of any age. Each bedroom has a flat screen smart television so there is no need to miss out on your favorite programs.
Outdoor Living - The extended west-facing pool deck with conservation views means that you can make the most of the glorious Florida weather, and with plenty of loungers everybody will get the chance to top up their tan. The kids will love having their own pool to splash around in and adults will be able to relax in the spa watching over them. The undercover dining area is perfect for alfresco lunches or for sitting under in the evening with a glass of something chilled.
