Set on the hillside above Faro and approached on a short cul de sac serving just 6 individual villas. Casa Com Vista has a gated entrance and long driveway leading to double car port with standing for 2 and ample turning space. The beautifully maintained and equipped living accommodation is all on one level and has Entrance Hall, Cloakroom with 3rd WC, spacious Lounge open to dining area, Kitchen, Utility Room, three double bedrooms, the master with an Ensuite shower room and a family Bathroom with shower over bath. The master has a super king bed and the other two have king size beds. The secure villa has an alarm system, high quality doors and windows, reversible air conditioning, new state of the art log burner installed 2023 and even electric heaters for those staying in Winter. All the bedrooms and lounge have French doors opening to the full length balcony and fitted with fly screens. The balcony overlooks a 10m pool with alfresco dining area and BBQ to one end. Sun beds and parasols for 6 guests. Below the pool area is a fruit orchard. To the side is a lawned garden.

The village centre of Santa Barbara is 1.5km away or a 20 minute stroll. The village has a supermarket, bakery, fuel station and restaurants amongst other amenities. The drive from the airport is just 15 minutes. Beaches and golf courses are all within 20 minutes. The nearest Towns are Almancil and Loule.
