Ground floor double bedroom with queen size bed. Three first floor twin bedrooms all with access to furnished terrace.

Ground floor bathroom and separate wc. Two first floor shower rooms and a separate wc.

Indoor heated swimming pool 7m x 3.2m depth: 1.65m x 1.8m. Heated to 28°c year round.

Enclosed garden with outdoor furniture, awning, swings, children’s games, barbecue. Parking spaces. Secure entrance gate.

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Bed linen and bath towels (mid stay change on request: 90€).
Average allowance of electricity. If over usage this will be payable locally.
Kitchen towels, table cloth, cleaning kit (dishwasher tablets, washing liquid, sponges, kitchen towel, cleaning products, etc).
Cot (including linen), highchair, baby bath and stair gate available on request and if available. Please check at the time of booking.

NOT INCLUDED
Holiday tax payable locally: approximately 1.10€-2.20€ per person per day (16+).
Security deposit of 400€ (cash) refunded on departure.
End of stay cleaning: The property and grounds should be left clean and tidy or a 170€ charge may apply.
Small pets allowed (additional 30€ per week per animal).
2 additional single beds in the games room: 60€ per bed per stay (request at time of booking).
Beach towel hire 5€ per towel.
Mid stay bed linen and bath towel change 90€.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Mooloolooba. It had all that we required. The pool table was great, as was the swimming pool. It was great to get away to that part of France, very French, even though it was only for a week. We had a wonderful time at Villa Mooloolooba The villa was very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We thoroughly enjoyed using the pool and sauna and these were definitely a highlight for us, along with the pool, ping pong table and well proportioned garden.
