It is situated on a spacious estate of approx. 10,000 m², from which there are wonderful views of the sea and the mountains. The island is widely known for its high-quality limestone, which has been quarried since ancient times. The fenced and well-kept property is located in a quiet neighbourhood, away from the noise of the city and surrounded by olive groves. Cosy comfort is offered inside. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with dining area, a bathroom and a living room with access to the covered terrace with fireplace.
