Wooden stairs lead from the living room to the covered terrace, which offers a wonderful view of the bay of Katel and the city of Split. A large pool with sun terrace is located next to the house, relatively sheltered from the view of others. Right next to it there is a fitness room for your personal training. The owner offers his guests a free transfer from the airport to the holiday apartment. Part of the road to the holiday home is unpaved.
