Villa Terraforte

This elegant holiday home is located near Marina di Ragusa, just a few hundred metres from the mouth of the River Irminio and the Irminio nature reserve - known as an observation point for migratory birds from nearby Africa. It is set in a large plot of approx. 5000 m2, which is partly unspoilt - in accordance with the regulations of the nature reserve - and partly planted with lawns, stone walls and palm trees. Guests have access to a pool with sun terrace, sun loungers and parasols. In front of the house there are two other equipped verandas, one with a large parasol and the other with a fixed cover. Both are also equipped with table, chairs and seating for relaxing overlooking the pool.

The cottage consists of three bedrooms, each with bathroom with shower, a comfortable kitchen and a large room at the entrance furnished as a living room with sofas. Outside under a large cover is with barbecue. Two more bathrooms are located by the pool.

Marina di Ragusa is a popular seaside resort on the Hyblaean coast, known for its wide beaches of fine sand and crystal clear waters. The town of Marina di Ragusa is a popular tourist destination which, in addition to the beaches, also offers many typical restaurants, pizzerias and ice cream parlours as well as a modern marina. In addition to the seaside and nightlife, Marina di Ragusa is located in a strategic point from which the baroque towns such as Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Scicli and Comiso can be easily reached within a radius of around 20 kilometres. Catania, Syracuse and Noto, UNESCO World Heritage Sites, are within a radius of around 100 km.
