In addition to an impressive formal dining room, there is a beautiful bar room with a grand bar, bar stools, & both with gas fireplaces. The UPPER LEVEL there are 3 large bedrooms & a full bathroom & a suite of 3 bedrooms with bunk beds. One bedroom has King-size bed with lake views & another has a Queen-size bed, & each with walk-in closet & large wall mounted flat screen televisions & access to Jack n' Jill bathroom. The 3rd bedroom, with access via a private stairway close to the living room, has a King-size bed, large wall mounted flat screen TV, closet, & views over the lake. The lovely suite including play area, bathroom, walk-in closet, and 3 bedrooms, one furnished with two sets of 2 Queen-size bunk beds sleeping 8 linked to a 2nd bedroom with a set of 2 single bunk beds sleeping 2 children, and a sliding door accessing into the 3rd with a set of Queen-size bunk beds sleeping 4 .

The LOWER LEVEL has 3 large bedrooms, each with King-size bed & large flat screen televisions; a full bathroom; a large game room with pool table, arcade game box, shuffleboard, & drink cooler; a top of the line theatre room with a giant wall to wall screen, LE HD Streaming Media Player Wi-Fi enabled with High Speed, lots of theatre seating & amazing surround sound system. Patio doors from the games & theaters rooms access onto a covered patio with travertine flooring overlooking the gardens & the lake.

There are 3 covered verandas/patios with plenty of comfortable furniture & overhead fans, an outdoor kitchen with grill, rotisserie, fridge, and adjacent dining/entertainment deck with tables & chairs, an Oklahoma Joe's BBQ & Smoker, picnic tables with seating set up overlooking the lake. Guests can fish off the huge boat deck & moor boats on the private boat dock.

A free communal boat ramp, swimming pool, clubhouse, & kids play area are nearby within walking distance.

The lake water level can fluctuate during winter months due to HEP demand controlled by Tennessee Valley Authority.
