Externally, it has a pleasant terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue and a pool. It also has internet access (wifi), a hair dryer and an iron.It is located 900m from the São Sebastião beach and the São Sebastião square where you will find a supermarket, cafes with terraces, restaurants, a barbecue, among other shops. The Ribeira D\'Ilhas beach is 3km away.

Note 1: The pool can be heated upon guest request, at an additional cost of €40/night, not included in the presented price.

Note 2: We would like to inform you that for stays longer than 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of the said consumptions exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this value will be charged at the end of each month.
We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, instituted in the form of an overnight stay tax in all AL properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.40 in the high season (1 May to 31 October) and €1.20 in the low season (1 November to 30 April). The payment of this tax value is not included in the accommodation fee and must be paid in cash at check-in. The value of this tax is annually changed by the Mafra City Council, so changes to the presented values may occur.
