• Early check-in is possible subject to occupancy; please request it the week/night before. After 5 p.m. m., use the lock box for check-in. - Late check-out until 4:00 p.m. m. is subject to occupation; please request it the night before.
• For the security of the villa, there is an interior camera, three exterior cameras and a doorbell camera. The cameras will be turned off during your stay, with the exception of the doorbell camera, you can cover the lenses or remove the power cord during your stay.
• You will be provided with a key fob for the interior alarm system.
• Smoking is not allowed in the house at any time; Guests will forfeit their deposit if they do so.
• Pets are not allowed inside the house.
