Villa Aenona

The beautiful Villa Aenona is located in the royal city of Nin, which is 16 km away from the city of Zadar. Escape from the hectic everyday life and relax together with family and friends in a villa with a sea view in a quiet part of the city. The specificity of this villa is that in its yard and at the entrance there is a wall from the 16th century.

Villa Aenona was built in a contemporary construction style in 2022, offers its guests 120 m2 of living space, and the total area of the property is 149 m2. A maximum of 6 people can stay in the villa, while the optimal number is 4. The villa is only 70 metres away from the nearest sea, while you can swim at Kraljičina beach, 300 metres from the villa.

On the ground floor of the villa, there is a living room consisting of a sofa bed (which serves as an extra bed for two people), a TV, and a romantic fireplace. Children will be able to play PlayStation 5 or enjoy music thanks to the audio system, and for adults, there is a wine cellar and a cigar humidor (with an additional charge). There is also a kitchen where you will happily prepare delicious meals for the whole family and friends, and a dining room with a dining table with 6 seats. On the ground floor, there is also a sauna with a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower cabin.

An open heated pool of 12 m2 and 1.5 metres deep is located on the terrace, but it can also be closed. Additional equipment for the pool is counter-current swimming, water and air massage, and a jacuzzi that is part of the pool. There is also an outdoor kitchen with an electric Webber grill on the terrace.

On the upper floor, there is another bedroom with a double bed and an attached en suite bathroom with a shower cabin, and a dining table next to which there is a lounge area with seating and 4 deckchairs. Likewise, from the top floor you will enjoy the view of the clean and clear Adriatic Sea.

Additional features of the villa include a washing machine and an iron, a separate toilet in the sauna, and if children are coming with you, you can use a feeder and a cot.

The courtyard of Villa Aenona is completely fenced, and guests will receive a free card for a private parking which is located 20 metres from the villa.

With a prior request, it is possible to organise a mooring for a boat, excursions, or your own speedboat, and a private chef is also available if you want him to cook lunch or dinner just for you in the villa at your request. The masters of Japanese and Italian cuisine are waiting for you!
