With 194 m², and spectacular views of the sea and the Peñon de Ifach, the villa is distributed in a main dwelling accessed by a comfortable staircase. The villa is distributed in a living-dining room with plenty of natural light, a fully equipped American kitchen, a pleasant living room with sofa, TV and air conditioning, a full bathroom with bathtub, a bedroom with two single beds together and air conditioning, and a room with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and air conditioning.

From the main house, through metal spiral stairs, you access a beautiful solarium with beautiful sea views. Passing through a second flight of stairs, we access the most special part of the villa composed of a studio with impressive views, a double bed, a second double bed, fully equipped kitchen, sofa area to have the first morning coffee in front of the sea and the pool, bathroom with shower and air conditioning. A beautiful and well-configured space that will allow you to wake up and practically enter the water, since the pool area is located just in front of the studio.

Exterior of the villa:

With 800 m2 of plot, the villa has several terraces with outdoor sofas, tables for eating or dining outdoors, solarium for summer nights, a beautiful barbecue with work bench and sink to prepare magnificent roasts and a large table for 8 diners next to the pool area. Sunbeds to sunbathe, outdoor shower and all this always seeing the majestic Peñon de Ifach and the entire bay of Calpe facing the sea.
The house also has a private and closed garage for two cars.
It is located 150 m from the restaurant, 450 m from the rocky beach "Cala Les Urques", 900 m from the sandy beach "Playa de Puerto Blanco", 2 km from the city "Calpe", 2 km from the supermarket.
