Villa Capricho in the south-east of Mallorca promises a relaxing finca holiday in the middle of a very well-kept garden, close to several beautiful sandy beaches.

The outdoor area is equipped with comfortable sun loungers by the house and next to the large pool. There is a small, covered terrace with dining area, which is accessible via the living room. Next to the villa there is a summer kitchen with a barbecue, a dining area and a table tennis table. There is a brick-built outdoor shower right next to the pool. A small step leads to the covered terrace, where various seating options are available. A small external staircase leads to a beautiful roof terrace with sea views.

The living room of the villa is located on the ground floor. A wide sliding glass door leads from the garden directly into a cosy living and dining room with a fireplace. The modern, well-equipped country kitchen is open to the living area. Sandstone walls, terracotta floors and open wooden beamed ceilings create a cosy, rustic ambience. There are also three inviting, tastefully furnished double bedrooms, which are automatically air-conditioned from 9.30 pm to 10.30 am. One of the sleeping areas has its own bathroom, another has direct access to the garden and there is a further large bathroom with shower.

Villa Capricho is located in a quiet finca settlement 4 minutes by car from the harbour town of Portocolom. There is a supermarket and small restaurants here. The sandy bay of Cala Marçal is 6 minutes away by car. There are other beautiful beaches within a radius of 10-15 km. A lively nightlife can be found in the holiday resort of Cala D'Or, 15 minutes south by car.
