In many respects, Villa Carritx meets the demand for an all-round relaxing holiday in an aesthetic atmosphere. The idyllic property welcomes its guests in a very friendly and tasteful atmosphere. A cosy atmosphere, charming hedges and all kinds of other Mediterranean plants characterise the lawns and terraces, the podium and the moors, the inviting outdoor ambience.
It's easy to come by here and feel at home. A variety of furniture in different places offers the opportunity to find a new favourite spot and relax there, be it partially covered in the chic polyrattan chairs or in the completely covered part of the terrace on the super comfortable sofas or at the dining table, dining together outside. If you like, you can organise culinary BBQs and enjoy the delicious fresh ingredients from the region. The pool is tiled with pretty blue mosaic tiles and is accessible via a wide staircase. Depending on whether you are travelling with small children or not, the owners of the villa can install a safety gate around the pool - choose the option that suits you best. You can relax on the comfortable sun loungers on the pool terrace under the deep blue Mediterranean sky.

The house extends over two levels and is characterised by a very cosy flair. Light-coloured walls, exposed beam ceilings, impressive passageways in places, wooden windows and unobtrusive tiles provide the setting for carefully selected furniture, fabrics and decoration. On the ground floor there is an open-plan living/dining room and the adjoining open-plan kitchen. The sofa area, designed for relaxing, has a fireplace to create a cosier and more comfortable atmosphere on cooler evenings. A TV and Bluetooth speaker have also been installed to provide entertainment. In the dining area, you can eat together at the long table. The kitchen is conveniently located next door, only loosely separated by a small counter. Here you will find everything you need for your daily needs, including a kettle and filter coffee machine. Another small lounge offers the luxury of an additional relaxation area, so you can find a quiet spot even when the house is fully occupied. A television is also located here. The stylish and individually designed bedrooms provide the ideal basis for a restful night's sleep. There are a total of two beds measuring 1.50 x 2.00 metres and two measuring 0.90 x 2.00 metres. The bathrooms have a modern design and high-quality fittings. Iron and hairdryer are available in the house and do not need to be brought along.

The villa is in a quiet location, about 150 m from the motorway that connects Can Picafort and Santa Margalida. This gives it an enviable position when it comes to good accessibility and at the same time conveys a feeling of well-being. In just 10 minutes you can reach various beaches in the wide bay of Alcúdia, such as Playa de Muro, Can Picafort or the quieter beaches between the towns. The beautiful Villa Carritx is located in the countryside between the towns of Santa Margalida and Can Picafort, surrounded by almond and fig trees and the characteristic Mallorcan countryside. Santa Margalida is an old town with an intact and well-developed infrastructure. Here you will find bars, small shops and restaurants. Can Picafort on the coast is a lively holiday destination with a great sandy beach.
