A wooden door leads into the cosily furnished kitchen. A dishwasher ensures that you don't waste too much of your relaxation and discovery time doing chores. A sleeping area branches off to the left, consisting of a ground-floor bathroom and a double bedroom. If you turn right from the kitchen, you enter another living room with armchairs and a sofa, in front of which is a large fireplace. From this room, a narrow staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are two further double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The tasteful furnishings make you feel at home and provide space for your travelling gear. One of the upper bedrooms also offers access to an outdoor balcony with a wonderful view. The air conditioning and heating ensure that the villa is kept at a pleasant temperature all year round, allowing you to explore the beauty of this attractive holiday region at different times of the year. Far from the tourist centres, Llubí, Sineu and Costitx offer a more medieval charm, while you can also buy souvenirs in chic Inca. Olive groves and windmills characterise the lovely landscape, which offers peace and tranquillity with excursion destinations such as the Ermita del Sant Crist del Remei. You can cycle to lively weekly markets in villages such as Lloret de Vistalegre, Montuiri, Ariany or Petra. Or you can hop in your hire car and drive to the seemingly endless beach promenade of Can Picafort, which is only 20 minutes away. Due to the connection to the road network, there may be audible traffic noise depending on the wind direction, but you can drive in any of the four cardinal directions and enjoy the wonderful nature of the island while hiking, swimming and walking. Villa Can Tomeu de Llubi is the perfect place for you if you want to immerse yourself in the Mallorcan joie de vivre: With Llubí, Santa Margalida and Muro, quaint, cosy island villages are just a stone's throw away. At the same time, you can enjoy the benefits of a wooded, rural location. You can sample regional wine in the leather and wine town of Inca. The beaches around Can Picafort, such as Son Baulo or Playa de Muro, are less than 19 km away. Pollença is 23 km away and is a great starting point for hiking tours in the mountains.
