Comfortable sun loungers invite you to relax under the Mediterranean sky, while a brick-built shower offers additional refreshment. The covered terrace with various seating options is ideal for intimate meals as well as evening barbecues.

Inside is the bright, spacious living room with cosy sofas for reading or watching TV, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The bathrooms are flooded with light and tastefully decorated. The three uniquely designed bedrooms, one with a 1.50 x 1.90m bed and two with up to 0.90 x 1.90m beds, are all air-conditioned at night so you have a restful retreat after a day in the sun.

Finca "Leon I" is located in the centre of the attractive village of Portocolom. The harbour promenade with its cafés and restaurants is just a short walk away and offers convenient shopping and a wonderful nightlife. The pretty and sheltered natural beach of Cala Marcal, in the southern part of Portocolom, is around 120 metres wide. There are two other smaller beaches on the opposite side of the bay, close to the "Sa Punta" residential area.

The air conditioning in the accommodation is included in the price, but its use is restricted between 9 pm and 9 am.
