Villa Lina is a modern one-bedroom apartment located in an ancient building in Sant'Agnello, a short walk from the town center, the station but also from the famous Marinella area. Its strategic location, just off the main square but close to the beaches of both Piano di Sorrento and Sant'Agnello, makes it ideal for visiting Sorrento, Pompeii, Capri and the Amalfi Coast, but also convenient for those who prefer to go to the beach, directly on foot. The street where the house is located is a wide tree-lined avenue surrounded by typical lemon groves.

APARTMENT DETAILS:
The apartment is located on the second floor of an old building without elevator. The entrance donates directly into the living room, a large bright room that presents to the right the kitchenette consisting of: electric oven, induction hob with four burners, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, sink. The kitchen is already equipped with cookware and cooking essentials. The bathroom has a spacious shower, sink, toilet and bidet. In the living room there is a French sofa bed, table with chairs, air conditioning. From the living room there is access to the outdoor terrace, furnished with table and chairs and small patio.
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a single bed, large wardrobe, makeup table, flat-screen TV, and air conditioning.
The property also has a parking space in the adjacent garden and washing machine.

CHECK IN INFO:
Check in is available from 2 pm to 7:30 pm.
Check out must be done by 11 am.
Please note that check-in after 8 pm has an additional charge of €30.
All guests must provide identification upon arrival.
Resort tax is €2.00 per person per night for the first 7 nights, payable in cash upon arrival.
