We are a family run business with over 40 years of experience in Tenerife. We absolutely love Tenerife for it fantastic all year weather and the variety of climates around the island. You can be sunbathing on the coast in 25 degrees and an hours drive up into the lush forested mountains and Mount Teide it can be below zero. In our area it has everything a tourist would want. Every water borne activity known to man. Hundreds of shops, restaurants and bars all competitively priced right on your doorstep. Being on the south coast we are sheltered behind the biggest mountain in Spain. If ever bad weather is in the region, and that's very rare) we usually experience a micro climate which maintains temperate weather. That was one of the main reasons we chose to move into the area. There is a strong British presence, so you can get your Sunday roast or fish and chips if you want! Whilst there is plenty of local foods to enjoy too. The Mare Verde community is low level and has the feel of a Spanish Pueblo Village). It is understood that Elizabeth Taylor had it designed for her. One of its attractive features is the cascading pools that link in to each other via waterfalls and streams. Our spacious ground floor one bedroom apartment is just a few paces away. It's a peaceful resort, ideal for couples and families alike. Well located in the centre of Torviscas next to Fanabe plaza and only a few minutes walk from the harbour and beach. We are a couple dedicated to renting these two villas, which were originally for our children, so they were designed and decorated with the highest quality and enthusiasm, and are maintained with the greatest dedication and affection. One of the best things about the villas is what our guests say about them: that although the photos are very beautiful, reality surpasses them. When we built the villas, what convinced us and fell in love with it was the tranquility and silence of the area, the town seems to be in a bubble of peace and tranquility. ​

I’ve owned this apartment for the past two years, and it has quickly become our cherished getaway. What first drew me to Costa Adeje was the perfect balance it offers between relaxation and adventure. The calmness of the area, coupled with the stunning ocean views, made it an irresistible choice for a holiday home. Our apartment is located in a serene residential complex, ideal for families and groups of friends seeking a peaceful retreat. One of the things I love most about the apartment is the large balcony, where you can enjoy fantastic views of the ocean – the perfect spot for morning coffee or sunset dinners. Though the area is calm, it’s just a short distance from some of the most famous beaches in Costa Adeje, offering the best of both worlds.
