It is nestled between the sun-kissed coast lined with lively resorts and Tiede National Park, whose impressive silhouette provides a stunning backdrop for a beach holiday. Arona town itself is a peaceful town, gradually growing livelier as you move towards the coast with its busy beachfront bars and chiringuitos. National Parks such as Montanas Negras (Black Mountains), Corona Forestal and Mount Teide, offer many outdoor activities, from mountain biking to hiking and climbing.
