Hi, my name is Peter Reilly. I come from just outside Glasgow, and along with my wife Nicola we were lucky enough to purchase this lovely villa in 2018. We have been holidaying in Playa Blanca for around 15 years with our 3 young children (all now young adults), and completely fell in love with it. We hope that you will love it as much as we do.

We have bought this apartment to use for our selfs, our family and friends so refurbished to my specification with extras that we feel make the apartment feel like home.

I have owned and rented two properties through this website for many years and the properties have proved very popular. The properties are second homes and are treated and furnished as such, but with an eye to being practical for our guests, so that they can enjoy their holiday with some home comforts, like DVDs and CDs. Central to the provision of a great holiday is a great local representative and we are fortunate to have two excellent local property managers. You always have access to the owner by email in any event. All emails are notified to me by text message through the system and I try to respond as soon as I reasonably can. This means a more prompt reply is usually provided than it would be if you were booking with a large company. We are not renting the properties to build a big business, but to cover expenses, which is more difficult to achieve than most people imagine. I am a lawyer and work rather long hours, but I am usually able to respond to emails quickly, albeit often late in the day. I have done my best to provide all the information you need on the website, so do try to look for an answer there before asking a question. Don't forget that people make bookings 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so if in doubt reserve the dates you want (without obligation), and ask a question when making your booking reservation. This gives you a day or so to sort out flights and get answers to any questions you could not find answers to on the website.

Golf del Sur? we love spending there weeks or months with my wife and kids, living in this place has its own pace and charm. laid-back, friendly, and a perfect starting point to explore the island in every direction. When we are not there, actually it's with pleasure and excitement that we welcome guests to our property. I have at heart to make sure your trip will remain as good memories. Evenings on the terrace, days by the pool or walking around, along the ocean and to the beach, stopping at one of the bars for a cocktail and listen to some songs...

Welcome to our Ocean and Golf Vista Retreat. we chose this apartment for its splendid view of the ocean and the golf courses, for the private solarium and for the possibility of taking long walks near the sea. Being passionate about sailing, the proximity to the San Miguel marina is another plus!

We've been visiting Playa Blanca since the mid-1980s. Knowing it as a safe, relaxing and beautiful location, we bought the villa in 2007, finding it a great place to bring young children and our parents for family holidays. Since then we have run the villa as a successful holiday rental with positive feedback, on another platform, which has now closed. The location of the villa means everything is within walking distance - a wide range of restaurants, the beach, the supermarket - and the village centre is less than 10 minutes' walk. We've had many fun family holidays at Casa Palmeras, and hope you will too.
