Is Clickstay ABTA / ATOL protected?

ABTA is the Association of British Travel Agents, providing legal advice and practices for tour operators and travel agents. ATOL is a specific licence known as the Air Travel Organiser’s Licence, required by law for any UK travel company that offers flight-based holidays. Because Clickstay is not a travel agent and doesn’t provide flights, it doesn’t sit within ABTA’s or ATOL’s area.
