Changing a booking

If you need to change any details of your booking, for example, you’ve made a mistake in the names or ages of the people coming, you must contact the property owner who will be able to amend the booking for you.

To get in touch with the owner, log into your Clickstay account. When you view your booking, you'll see "Message owner".
