Directions to the property and arrival instructions

The directions and arrival instructions, including how to enter the property, will be sent to you by email, and can be viewed in your Clickstay account, after full payment has been made. We recommend you print the owner contact details, directions to the property from the airport, port or train station, key collection and additional instructions, emergency telephone number, and any supporting documents the owner may have provided.

To get into the property, you may be met in person once there, or you may be given a code to access the property or a key safe box, or you may be required to collect the key from another address. These details will be sent to you by email and will be available on your Clickstay account when you look at the booking. If for any reason you can’t see this information, contact the owner.

Please be extra sure you’ll have access to the owner contact details and the emergency telephone number before you travel.
